Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: Customers must pay 70% of the total amount in advance upon approving the quotation. The remaining 30% must be paid after the successful installation of the solar plant.

Solar Meter Installation: The installation of the solar meter is subject to approval from the electricity supplier. Any charges related to the solar meter installation will be borne by the customer.

Site Preparation Responsibility: If the customer intends to install the solar plant in a location where existing structures, equipment, or objects are present, it is the customer's responsibility to dismantle and clear the area before installation. Our team will begin installation only once a clean and obstruction-free space is provided.

Non-Refundable Clause: No refunds will be issued once the installation process has commenced. In such cases, the customer is required to proceed with the installation.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Material Dispatch: If the customer wishes to cancel the installation before material dispatch, they are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation After Material Dispatch (Before Installation Starts): If the customer cancels the installation after material has been dispatched but before installation has started, the refund will be processed after deducting transportation charges. The refund will be initiated within 10 days from the date of collecting the materials back from the site.

No Refund After Installation Starts: Once the installation process begins, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Material Shipping & Delivery Policy

Dispatch Timeline: The material will be dispatched within 2-3 days after the advance payment is received.

Delivery Responsibility: The company will ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials. Any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., transportation issues, supplier delays, or weather conditions) will be communicated to the customer in advance.

Inspection & Acceptance: Customers must inspect the materials upon delivery. Any damages or missing components must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
